Lightning Star is a newly founded company based in Melbourne, Australia. We specialize in high-quality and classy adult toys designed as pleasure devices to provide excitement and fulfill fantasies

Our “Dream Girl” series focuses on replicating the maximum level of detail possible. We use the industry-leading 3D scanner, Artec Spider (accuracy up to 0.02mm), to capture the maximum amount
of details. This advanced 3D data allows us to be extremely flexible in creating the toy, providing significant advantages over other companies' molding or direct photography methods.

What materials are Lightning Star products made of?
We use the same base material as the biggest adult toy manufacturer in the world, thermoplastic elastomer. All of our products are made from premium, body-safe materials that comply with all
relevant health and safety standards. Our manufacturing is US FDA, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 certified. We use non-toxic, hypoallergenic materials to ensure your comfort, pleasure, and safety. For the external shell, we also use the more impact resistant ABS instead of Polypropylene.

How do I clean my Lightning Star product?
Cleaning your Lightning Star product is simple:
- Use a mild, non-abrasive soap or a toy cleaner to wash the interior and exterior before and after every use.

- Pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel.
- Store the product in its original case and keep it in a dry, cool, and dust-free location.
What lubricants should I use with myLightning Star product?
For the best experience, we recommend using water-based lubricants. Avoid oil- or silicone-based lubricants, as they may degrade the material over time.
What is the lifespan of a Lightning Star product?
With proper care, your Lightning Star product can last for years. Regular cleaning and maintenance will help ensure the product stays in excellent condition.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and UK.
How is my order packaged?
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure
discretion.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Lightning Star offers two methods of shipping:
- The Standard Express: This is a free express shipping service provided by Lightning Star. Typical delivery time is between 8-14 days globally.
- DHL Express: This is an extra-fast shipping option by DHL, available for an additional fee of 60 AUD/ 40 USD for all shipments regardless of location. Typical delivery time is 3-6 days globally.
We know you want your product as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 day.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us to make changes to your shipping address if your order has not already been shipped. If it has been shipped, there may be additional charges from the transport company.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us to change or cancel your order. We make no guarantee that the change can be made before the order ships. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days to request a replacement. For any questions about returns, we recommend reaching out to us using the contact methods provided on our Contact Us page before sending any products back. Please note that any used products returned will be disposed of, and no refund or reshipment will be issued. In all cases if a return is required, postage is not covered by Lightning Star.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is defective or not the product you ordered, please get in touch with our customer service team through the contact form. We will request photos to verify the issue. Once
confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return the defective or incorrect item(s).
Please understand that an item is not considered defective if it does not meet personal preferences or expectations after use. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or credits in such cases.
How long do I have to report a defective or incorrect item?
You must contact us within 90 days of delivery to report defective or incorrect items. Beyond this period, we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds.
